Software for Hotel Management System

Run Shift Run, LLC  was founded by Fady Malty in 2016. Fady has been in hospitality management for over 10 years and was most recently a hotel manager at Hyatt hotel in Raleigh, NC.

During this time he came across many issues such as miscommunication, unfinished tasks, scheduling issues and wasted resources that eventually led to a stressful work environment for employees and management. As a result, these issues resulted in unsatisfied gusts and unhappy and unengaged employees.

He has always been  fascinated with new technology and finding ways to utilize it to get the job done in the most efficient way. He was able to find a solution to managing a hotel in a better way and to enhance the communication aspect between departments, employees, managers and guests.

He designed an all-in-one cloud platform designed specifically for hotels to meet the huge demands for hotel technology and guest room tech and mobile engagement.

His main goal is to help hotels achieve the highest level of guests satisfaction while investing in employee’s engagement and productivity.
